How is my BMI 25.8!!! -.- For those who don’t know what BMI is, it stands for “body mass index”. It’s a way to know whether you’re overweight or not based on your weight and height. If you BMI is around 23-25, you’re fine, but if you’re over 25, it means you’re overweight…..
